Ingredients
1/3cup apple cider vinegar
4clove minced garlic cloves
2tsp cumin
2tsp oregano
1tsp black pepper
1tsp salt
4 cloves
3 bay leaves
4tbsp lime juice (2 fresh limes is better)
3-4oz chipotle chiles in adobo
12oz flat iron steak
Final Construction Ingredients
8 medium tortilla
1 iceberg lettuce
2 onions
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
8oz sour cream
1 guacamole
12oz mexican cheese mix
Instructions
Marinade
To make the adobo sauce combine vinegar, limejuice, chipotles, garlic, cumin, oregano, black pepper, salt and cloves in a blender or processor on high speed until smooth.
Pour into 1 gallon zip lock baggie and add bay leaves.
